Hi, I’m Yan, the founder of this company. For more than 10 years, I’ve worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator, helping people navigate complex situations with patience, respect, and clear communication. Those experiences taught me the importance of patience, listening, clear communication, and making people feel comfortable—especially when they’re facing something unfamiliar or overwhelming. Those are the same values I bring to every client I serve.

I am passionate about technology and enjoy helping people solve everyday tech problems, whether it’s setting up a new phone, troubleshooting computer issues, connecting to Wi-Fi, or learning how to use new apps. I offer patient, one-on-one support in either English and Spanish, meeting each person where they are at at their own pace without judgment or confusing technical jargon.

My goal is simple: to help older adults feel more comfortable, confident, and connected with technology while providing a service they and their families can trust. I am accredited in cybersecurity and have experience with various technology (computers, phones, audiovisual equipment, etc.)
